Dual outputs are completely independent and isolated from each other. Power output is alternated between the two channels so that both channels never have output at exactly the same time. The Frequency control on the PSG-MAX is an adjustment of the rate or cycle time. It can be adjusted to provide a very long off cycle time to an extremely short off time.
The Folsom PSG 202 power box has dual outputs (so you can use more than one e-stim product). This box has dual controls, so you can moderate the electrical levels for each of the dual outputs individually. So you can use two different devices connected to two different areas and be sure that each is getting the optimum level of stimulation.
